Learn from a Master Gardener!

If you have gardening questions that need to be answered come speak with a “Master Gardener”. The Master Gardeners will be at our store from 10 AM to 4 PM on the following days:

• Saturday April 24^th
• Saturday May 1^st
• Saturday May 15^th
• Saturday May 29^th

Master Gardeners Association of BC (MGABC) is a non-profit volunteer association based in British Columbia. They are an affiliation of local Master Gardener Chapters who work together to support the delivery of quality education to our membership and environmentally responsible gardening advice to the public. The members come from all over British Columbia. Most are enthusiastic amateurs; some are experienced professionals, all have a passion for gardening.

They provide information about gardening to the community and educate people in environmentally responsible gardening practices. They share this information with the public and promote the enjoyment of gardening through a variety of volunteer projects & activities.

BC Home and Garden Show

Due to the replacement of the air-supported roof at BC Place Stadium, Marketplace Events LLC will be unable to produce the BC Home + Garden Show in 2010.  The Show has been postponed until March 2011 and will be held at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

The dates for the BC Home + Garden Show will be March 2nd to 6th, 2011.
